LoveMedia Foundation NPC, Registration Number 2024/122569/08, handles privacy requests for G2V.org. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, a portable copy, information about recipients or safeguards, or human review of a significant automated decision.
How to submit a request
- Email support@g2v.org with the subject “Privacy Request”.
- State your account email, country, the right you wish to exercise and enough detail to locate the relevant records.
- Do not email a copy of your ID unless G2V specifically requests proportionate identity evidence through a secure channel.
- G2V will acknowledge the request, verify identity where necessary, and respond within the applicable legal period. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extension.
Rights are not absolute. G2V may preserve records required for fraud prevention, legal claims, tax, sanctions, transaction integrity or another binding duty, and will explain any lawful refusal or restriction.
Complaints
South African data subjects may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa). Individuals in the EEA may complain to the supervisory authority in their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. You may contact G2V first, but doing so does not remove a regulator or court remedy.
