Last updated: 2 August 2026. This launch notice explains the intended data handling for G2V.org and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before onboarding real sellers.

Data we collect

Account data, store details, product listings, order activity, support messages, full address, identity document images, a selfie, consent records, device and security logs, and screening or reviewer results.

Why we use it

To operate accounts and stores, prevent fraud, verify sellers, review compliance risk, process orders and payouts, resolve disputes, provide support and meet applicable legal obligations.

Identity and biometric data

Identity documents and selfies are sensitive. G2V requests explicit consent before capture, restricts access to authorised reviewers, and does not publish these files. Third-party screening must be disclosed before it is enabled. Retention varies by lawful basis and jurisdiction.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@g2v.org. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, disputes or legal compliance.
