Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 3 August 2026. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LoveMedia Foundation NPC, Registration Number 2024/122569/08, the operator of G2V.org (“G2V”, “we”, “us”), whenever you access the marketplace, register, buy, sell, refer customers or use any G2V service.
Registered address: 24,25 Marseilles CT, Briardene, Durban, South Africa, 4001.
1. Acceptance and electronic signature
You must read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Account registration requires separate checkboxes and an electronic signature consisting of your legal first name and surname. G2V records the signed names, policy versions, timestamp, IP address and browser information. Clicking, typing or submitting electronically has the same effect as signing on paper to the extent permitted by law.
If you do not agree, do not register or use G2V. Additional product, promotion, payout, category or seller rules displayed on the Platform form part of these Terms. If they conflict, the more specific rule governs that feature.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. G2V does not permit seller or affiliate accounts for minors.
- Provide truthful, complete, current information and update material changes promptly. One person or legal entity may not operate deceptive duplicate accounts.
- Keep credentials confidential, use a unique password and notify support@g2v.org immediately about unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity through your account. Accounts and marketplace privileges may not be sold, transferred or rented without written approval.
- G2V may reject, restrict, suspend or close accounts to enforce law, sanctions, safety, payment-provider rules or these Terms.
3. G2V’s marketplace role
G2V provides listing, discovery, communication, payment-support, evidence, review and dispute tools. Unless G2V is expressly identified as the seller, the sale contract is between buyer and seller. Sellers—not G2V—are responsible for ownership, legality, accuracy, delivery, warranties, taxes and required licences. G2V may moderate listings, hold funds, facilitate refunds and decide Platform disputes without becoming the seller.
G2V may sell products and accounts directly through the KYC-approved, Trusted marketplace seller named G2V.org Highlights. Those listings identify G2V.org Highlights as seller and display its Trusted badge. The operator is responsible for fulfilment and warranty obligations on those offers.
Third-party publishers, games, subscription providers and payment services are independent. Their terms, regional restrictions and enforcement actions may affect a product. A listing does not imply their endorsement.
4. Sellers, KYC and store approval
- A seller must complete G2V’s mobile KYC flow and receive manual Admin approval before creating or listing any product.
- KYC requires a full legal address, valid government ID or passport, required ID-card sides, a live selfie, consent and an accuracy declaration. G2V may request proof of address, business registration, source of funds or renewed documents when risk changes.
- Scanning the desktop QR code opens a short-lived private mobile capture. Sharing the QR or verification link is prohibited.
- DeepSeek V4 Pro, duplicate-file signals and sanctions/PEP screening provide advisory evidence. They do not verify identity or decide an application. Only an authorised Admin approves or rejects a seller.
- Founder Sellers registered before the official launch become Trusted after approved KYC. Other sellers become Trusted after five separate five-star reviews; VIP sellers are automatically Trusted. Trust can be removed for risk or policy reasons.
- Approval is not permanent certification. G2V may re-verify, pause listings, extend fund holds or suspend a store.
5. Product and listing rules
Sellers may list only lawful, genuine, existing digital goods or services they have the right and ability to provide. Titles, images, prices, delivery times, regions, platform requirements, account limitations, warranty periods and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading. Duplicate listings, fake scarcity, manipulated ratings, hidden charges and irrelevant keywords are prohibited.
Prohibited products and conduct include stolen, hacked, fraudulently funded or counterfeit goods; malware, phishing, credential theft, exploits, cheats that violate law, payment cards without lawful authority, illegal financial products, weapons, drugs, gambling, sexual exploitation, hate content, terrorist content, doxxing, deceptive impersonation and infringements of copyright, trademark or privacy. G2V may restrict additional categories or require proof of source and authorisation.
Listings may not contain external contact details, payment instructions, QR codes or invitations to transact off-platform. Sellers must not poach buyers or avoid G2V fees.
6. Seller fulfilment and evidence
- Deliver exactly what was ordered within the promised time and communicate only through recorded G2V channels.
- Never pressure a buyer to confirm receipt, close a dispute or change a review before the issue is resolved.
- Maintain lawful delivery evidence, order logs, relevant screenshots and communications for the warranty and dispute period.
- Do not retain or misuse buyer credentials. Request only information strictly necessary for the ordered product and protect it appropriately.
- Honour stated warranties with a correction, replacement, proportional remedy or refund when the seller is responsible.
7. Buyers, orders and digital-delivery risks
Buyers must confirm product, device, region, account identifier, platform, quantity and restrictions before payment. Successfully delivered top-ups, redeemed codes and other irreversible digital items may not be refundable merely because the buyer changed their mind or supplied incorrect information, subject always to mandatory consumer law.
Do not share unrelated passwords, payment-card data or security codes with sellers. Do not transact off-platform. A buyer must inspect delivery promptly, preserve evidence and report a problem within the displayed acceptance or warranty period.
8. Prices, seller fees, withdrawals and taxes
Seller platform fees are 12% until lifetime sales reach $1,000, 10% from $1,000, and 8% from $5,000. BTC withdrawals are charged 4.99% plus $1.50; Payoneer withdrawals are charged 6.99% plus $1.50. Amounts are calculated and displayed before confirmation. Currency conversion, blockchain, bank, payment-provider and tax charges may also apply.
G2V may hold, reserve, offset, reverse or delay funds for delivery checks, warranties, chargebacks, refunds, sanctions, fraud, negative balances, source-of-funds questions or legal duties. Sellers are responsible for registration, reporting and payment of their taxes.
9. Refunds, warranties and disputes
A buyer may seek a remedy for non-delivery, material misdescription, invalid delivery, seller-caused loss of access or a covered defect within the stated warranty. A remedy may be denied for buyer error, prohibited software, unauthorised credential changes, resale, excessive sharing, off-platform delivery, expired warranty, misuse or a third-party ban caused by the buyer.
G2V may freeze settlement, request evidence from both parties and determine a Platform remedy based on listing terms, records, technical evidence, communications, product use and mandatory law. Failure to respond may result in a decision based on available evidence. Fraudulent disputes or fabricated evidence may lead to account closure and recovery action.
10. Reviews, XP and marketplace status
Reviews must arise from genuine completed orders and reflect honest experience. Review trading, coercion, compensation for a particular rating, coordinated manipulation and self-review are prohibited. XP, levels, Trusted and VIP status are revocable programme features, not guarantees of a future transaction.
11. Official Affiliate Program
Affiliate accounts do not require seller KYC and cannot list products unless they separately apply as a seller and pass KYC. A signup counts only when the referred customer completes a qualifying purchase. Orders are measured automatically over a rolling 12-month period:
“First order” means the referred customer’s first qualifying completed G2V order. “Recurring” means later qualifying orders placed during the 30 days following that customer’s first qualifying purchase. Rates are determined by the affiliate’s tier when the qualifying order occurs.
Commission basis: for third-party seller products and seller-based services, the percentage applies to eligible G2V net platform revenue—not gross order value, taxes, refunds, payment costs or seller proceeds. For products or accounts sold directly by G2V.org Highlights, the percentage applies to the product or account sales price, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks and separately stated pass-through charges. The ledger records the basis used for every qualifying order.
Qualifying orders exclude signups without a purchase, self-referrals, related-party or collusive orders, duplicates, tests, bots, cancelled, failed, refunded, charged-back, resold or fraudulent orders. G2V may withhold commission during clearance, reverse previously credited commission, offset negative balances and request tax or payment-provider information. Affiliate participation itself does not require KYC, although a regulated payout provider may impose its own identity requirements.
Affiliates receive a unique link and may connect a domain or subdomain they control using transparent URL forwarding. They must not use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced redirects, misleading claims, impersonation, spam, malware, automated traffic, trademark bidding on “G2V” without approval, traffic interception, prohibited content or another person’s domain. Future banner ads and brand assets may be used only as supplied and may not be altered to mislead.
12. Intellectual property and user content
G2V and its licensors retain their platform, software, designs, brands and content. You retain ownership of lawful content you submit and grant G2V a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute it as necessary to operate, promote and protect the Platform. This licence ends when content is no longer operationally or legally required, except for backups, disputes and legal records.
Report infringement to support@g2v.org with identification of the work, listing, authority, contact details and a good-faith statement.
13. Acceptable use and security
Do not scrape without permission, evade access controls, test vulnerabilities without written approval, introduce malicious code, overload services, reverse engineer protected components, harvest personal data, impersonate others, launder funds, evade sanctions, manipulate tracking or interfere with another user. Report security issues privately to support@g2v.org.
14. Compliance, sanctions and fraud
You must comply with applicable consumer, tax, export, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, privacy and intellectual-property laws. G2V may screen information, investigate unusual activity, request evidence, block jurisdictions or persons, preserve records and report suspected illegality to providers or authorities where permitted or required.
Depending on the customer, seller, product and territory, the Platform may be subject to South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and Consumer Protection Act, as well as the EU GDPR, ePrivacy rules, Digital Services Act and consumer rules for digital content and distance contracts. Mandatory rights override any inconsistent provision of these Terms.
Sellers must provide the trader identity, address, contact, registration and product-compliance information G2V requests and permit legally required trader disclosures to buyers. Users may report a suspected illegal listing, infringement or unsafe product to support@g2v.org with the listing URL, reasons, supporting evidence and contact details. G2V may request clarification, issue a reasoned moderation decision and provide an internal review route where required.
15. Suspension, termination and surviving duties
You may stop using G2V, but completed orders, disputes, balances, evidence, confidentiality, licences already granted, indemnities and legal-record obligations survive. G2V may warn, delist, restrict features, hold funds, suspend, terminate or permanently ban an account proportionately to risk or breach. Where lawful and safe, G2V will provide a reason and an appeal channel.
16. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent lawful, G2V disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for independent sellers, buyers, publisher actions, internet outages, third-party services, lost profits or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to those exceptions, G2V’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the greater of fees paid to G2V by the claimant during the six months before the event or USD 100. This cap does not limit amounts G2V expressly holds for settlement or an approved refund.
17. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify G2V and its personnel against third-party claims, penalties and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful listings, infringement, tax failures, fraud, data misuse, off-platform conduct or material breach, except to the extent caused by G2V.
18. Changes, communications and assignment
G2V may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or email and may require a new signature. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance where lawful. You may not assign your agreement without written consent; G2V may assign it with its business subject to applicable law.
19. Governing law and dispute process
Before formal proceedings, contact support@g2v.org and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution. Mandatory consumer rights and available local tribunals remain unaffected. LoveMedia Foundation NPC is the confirmed operator; the final governing law and forum must be confirmed in the pre-launch legal review described above and displayed before paid transactions are enabled.
